  They don't deserve not even 1 star. Sneaky, they take advantage of people. They are NOT good people to do business with, STAY AWAY, they're plenty of T-Mobile stores across Salt Lake. The charged my wife $19.99 for a screen protector with a lifetime warranty. She needed a new one and then they asked for the receipt (from 7 months ago) and said that that they don't keep those on the system!!!!! According to IRS they must keep them for 5 years. Bottom line they've lost a customer just for a $0.99 screen that I've got on Ebay. I made a formal complaint with T-Mobile and they were very nice. Please don't give them your business.
