  Dave was wonderful, I had purchased the new Brother CV3550 Coverpro machine and it was giving me fits. I had called over to the Ivy Place Store to see about returning it (I had purchased it there) and was informed that I had exceeded the TWO day return window!! I don't even think I had opened the box yet in the first two days. 12 days had gone by but I decided to go in and see if there was ANYTHING they could do to help me. I was greeted by two sweet girls who grabbed Dave, the floor manager. Dave was Immediately understanding and offered me three different options to make the situation better. Repair, Refund or exchange. He let me test several machines all while explaining certain benefits. In the end he issued me a full refund and I bought a serger and thread. Left that store happy and well treated.
