  Never had a bad experience. Once we bought a washing machine here that turned out to be a lemon. We brought it back and they were very quickly able to give us an exchange. I like to use Lowe's as a short stop place to get parts for the house or other projects I'm working on at the time. It also is a good place to drop off burned out cfl bulbs and plastic grocery bags for recycling. The staff and kind and helpful. It's a good place to stop for a home improvement projects. Would recommend.
